JrOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COKKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board approves the
Aqreaaent 194EK-3W-09-21-10-011 between the state ot Florida
Departaent ot Comaunity Attairs and Collier county in substantially
the tora attached hereto, and authorizes the Chairman to .xecute and
accept the Aqr....nt with all und.rstandinqs and assurances
contained therein, and to act in connection with said Aqreement.
