GATE ESTATES UIIIT 110. 3 PURSUANT TO SECTIOII J.2.~.lO OF
THE COLLIER COUNTY LAtID DEVELOPl1ENT CODE.
WHEREAS, the Board of COUIlty commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on November 7. 1961, approved the plat of Golden Gate
Estates Unit No. 8 for recording; and
WHERE/.S, Robert W. Park II and Martha ^. Park hove acquired
the North ~ ~f Tract 78 and have filed for a resubdivision of said
lands as indicated in th~ attach,~d Exhibit "^"; and
WHEREl,S. S8ction J. 2.4.10 of th", Call ier County Land
Development Code requires the Board of County Commissioners to adopt
a Resolut ion acknowledg ing the resubd iv islon of the subject Tract
when certairl criteria are complied with and said criteria was
complied ......itl1; and
WHERE,\S, the Tract is a part of a previously approved and
recorded plat, Golden Gate Estetes Unit I/O. 8, and the filing and
recording of this resubdivisior, shall not affect access to tracts
previously conveyed under the Golden Gate Estates No. 8 plat.
/lOW. THEREFORE. BE IT R;-;SOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE DOARD OF
COUNTY COMJlISSIOtlERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that the
resubdivisicn of Tract 78, a part of a previously approved and
recorded plllt, Golden Gate Est;ltes Unit no. 8 as indicated in the
attached Exhibit uTI", is hereby acknowledged.

ci rcu it Cou:t sho 11 make prop(~r nota t ion of th is act ion upon the
plat of Golden Gate Estates Unit No.8.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
