RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF
UJUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO EXECUTE THE GRANT OF UTILITY
EASUlU4r TO FLORIDA POWER , LIGHT COMPANY FOR ELECTRICAL
UTILITY FACILITIES AT THE MASTER POMP STATION 1..93 SITE.

WHEREAS, Collier County is desirous of providing Florida
Paver and Light Company ("FPL") with an easement for the
construction, operation and maintenance of overhead and
underground electric utility facilities (including wires, poles,
guys, cables, conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be
installed trom time to time, with the right to reconstruct,
iJprove, add to, enlarge, change the voltage, as well as the
size ot, and rewove such facilities or any of them within an
easeaent ten (10) feet in width.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The Board of County Commissioners does hereby approve the
attached Grant of Utility Easement to Florida Power and Light
CoIIpany .
2. The Chairman of the Board ot County Commissioners ot Collier
County, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute the attached
Grant ot Utility Eas..ent to Florida Power and Light Company.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority

A utility easement lying five feet each side of the fol10~ing
described centerline:
C~nce at the Southeast corner of Section 24, Township 48 South,
Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, the same being a point on
the northerly right-of-way line of Immokalee Road, C.R. 848, a 100
foot right-of-way, thence run S89'57'03"W along the south line of
the southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 24 and along the
northerly right-of-way 1 ine of Immoka1ee Road for a distance of
632,66 feet to a point 30 feet easterly of, as measured at right
angles to, the west line of the east one half (E 1/2) of the
southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) of the southeast one quarter (SE 1/4)
of said Section 24, thence run NOO'27'54"E parallel with the west
line of the east one half (E 1/2) of the southeast one quarter (SE
1/4) ot the southeast one quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 24 for a
distance of 160.01 feet to a point 160 feet northerly of, as
aeasured at right angles to, the south line of the southeast one
quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section 24, thence N89'57'03"E along the
southerly line of Pump Station Site 1.03 for 53 feet to the Point of
Beginning, thence NOO'02'57"W for 40 feet to the Point of Terminus
ot the herein described centerline.
Bearings refer to the south line of the southeast one quarter (SE
1/4) of Section 24, Township 48 South, Range 25 East, Collier
County, Florida, as being S89'57'03"W.
