A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MARIO E. DELGADO
TO THE COUNTY GOVERNMENT PRODUCTIVITY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Collier County Ordinance No.
91-10 creating the County Government Productivity Committee; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No, 93..13 provides that the Committee shall consist of 13 members;
and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Mario E. Delgado is hereby
appointed to the County Government Productivity Committee to fulfill the remainder of the
vacant tenn, said term to expire on February 4, 1999.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and unanimous vote.
