RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF BAREFOOT
ESTATES A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED
PLAT KNOWN AS LELY BAREFOOT BEACH UNIT 1
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on August 2, 1978, approved the plat of Lely Barefoot Beach
Unit 1 for recording; and
WHEREAS, Daniel L. and Suzanne G. George have acquired Block
E of Lely Barefoot Beach Unit 1 and have filed for a replat of said
lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguiSh or in anyway affect
the dedications contained in the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedications are formally vacated simultaneously with the
acceptance of this replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Barefoot Estates,
is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, Lely Barefoot
Beach Unit 1, and the filing and recording of this approved plat
shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed under the Lely
Barefoot Beach Unit 1 plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Barefoot Estates, a part of a previously approved and recorded plat,
Lely Barefoot Beach Unit 1, is hereby approved for recording and the
dedications contained on the plat of Barefoot Estates are hereby
accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circui t Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
