RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
SUBDIVISION A REPLAT OF A
RECORDED PLAT KNOWN AS GOLDEN
ACCEPTANCE
PORTION OF
GATE ESTATES
OF MANHARDT
A PREVIOUSLY
UNIT NO 29
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on June 22, 1965, approved the plat of Golden Gate Estates
Unit No. 29 for recording; and
WHEREAS, Phillip and stacy Manhardt have acquired a portion
of Tract 91 of Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 29 and have filed for a
replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, this replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect
the dedications contained in the previous plat of these lands unless
said dedications are formally vacated simultaneously with the
acceptance of this replat; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Manhardt
SUbdivision, is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat,
Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 29, and the filing and recording of
this approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously
conveyed under the Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 29 plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Manhardt SUbdivision, a part of a previously approved and recorded
plat, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 29, is hereby approved for
recording and the dedications contained on the plat of Manhardt
SUbdivision are hereby accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
Circuit Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record this replat resolution in the Official
Records of Collier County.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
