RESOLUTION NO. 97 734 8
ADOPT RESOLUTION APPROVING A DECLARATION OF EASEMENT ON COUNTY
OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED ON COUNTY BARN ROAD.
WHEREAS, Collier County is desirous of encumbering property currently own~ by Collier
County with an easement as described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference; and
WHEREAS, the described easement is a neces..~ry element of the County Barn Road Four-
Laning Improvement Project (Adopted by Re~olution 96-356); and
VvTIEREAS, the easement will allow Collier County Io proceed with the Four-Laning Project in
a timely fashion; and
WHEREAS, the Declaration of Easement will be recorded in the Public Records of Collier
County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
I. The Board of Cotmty Commissioners, hereby approves the Declaration of Easement described in
Exhibit "A".
