A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF DORCAS
HOWARD AND THE APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES ST. JOHN TO
THE COLLIER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the Collier County Housing Authority was created by
Collier County Ordinance No. 81-13, as amended; and
WHEREAS, Section 421.27, Florida statutes provides that the
Board of County Commissioners approve the appointment of members
to the Collier County Housing Authority; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been requested
by the Off ice of the Governor to approve the reappointment of
Dorcas Howard and the appointment of Charles St. John to the Board
of commissioners of the Collier County Housing Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. The reappointment of Dorcas Howard to the collier County
Housing Authority is hereby approved pursuant to Section 421.27,
Florida statutes.
2. The appointment of Charles St. John to the Collier
County Housing Authority is hereby approved pursuant to section
421.27, Florida Statutes.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
