RESOLUTION NO. 95-22
A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING SCOTT L. FRENCH AND
APPOINTING PAUL LAUGEL AND VICKI A. CLAVELO TO THE
GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden
Gate Municipal Services special Taxing District and provides that
the Board of County Commissioners appoint a committee ot three to
five electors residing within the district to serve on the
committee; and
WHEREAS, the terms of three members on the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee have expired; and
WHEREAS,
the Board of County Commissioners previously
provided public notice soliciting applications from interested
parties to fill the vacant term.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1) Scott L. French is hereby reappointed to the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee for a two year term, said term
expiring on December 31, 1996.
2) Paul Laugel is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee for a two year term, said term
expiring on December 31, 1996.
3) Vicki A. Clavelo is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate
Community Center Advisory Committee for a two year term, said term
expiring on December 31, 1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
