RESOLUTIONS NO. 95-29
RESOLUTION APPOINTING RANDY MERRILL TO THE
DISTRICT EIGHT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES BOARD
WHEREAS, the District Eight Health and Human Services Board
was created to evaluate district needs and develop and approve a
district plan consistent with statewide policy parameters for
health and social services within the community; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to appoint one (l) member to the
District Eight Health and Human Services Board; and
WHEREAS, the District Eight Nominee Qualification Review
Committee has provided a list of eligible applicants to serve on
the Health and Human Services Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONER OF COLLIER COUNTY, that Randy Merrill is hereby
appointed to the District Eight Health and Human Services Board
for a term beginning January 3, 1995 and expiring Oecember 22,
1996.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote.
