RESOLUTION NO. 97-292
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE CONTRACTORS' LICENSING BOARD
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 95-42, as amended by Ordinance No.. 90-\ OS,
92-61, and 95-11, created the Contractors' Licensing Board and provides that the Board shalt be
composed of nine (9) members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners with a
minimum of two (2) members re,iding within lhe corporate city limit. of Naples or
recommended to the Board by the Naples City Council; and
WHEREAS. there are currently three (3) vacancies on this Board; and
WHEREAS. the Board of County ComfT'issioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from various interested parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
t. Thomas A. Megger meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby appointed to
the contractors' Licensing Board for a three year tcnn, said term to expire on June 30, 2000.
2. Richard E. Joslin. Jr., meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby reappointed
to the contractors' Licensing Board, said term to expire on June 30, 2000.
3. Robert P. Meister, Jr. meets the prerequisites for appointment and is hereby
to the contractors' Licensing Board for a three year tenn, said tenn to expire on June 30, 2000.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
