Said landfill was closed June 27, 2008, pursuant to Permit No. 0050730-
008-S0-01 inspected and approved by the Department of Environmental Protection.
DECLARATION IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that any future owner or user of
this site should consult with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection prior
to planning any activity that might disturb the landfill cover, monitoring system or any
other control structure.

We recorded a Declaration regarding the closure of the lmmokalee Landfill on July 23, 2008 at ORB
4380/2576, and delivered the original to your office under cover of the Memorandum dated July 30, 2008.
Unfortunately, after the fact, Florida Department of Environmental Protection has required that a correction to
the Declaration be made and re-recorded. Accordingly, it will be necessary for us to check out the original
from your office, add the corrective language to the original document and re-record in the Public Records.
Once the re-recorded original is returned to our office, we would, of course, deliver to your office.
Please let me know if it would be possible for me to check out this original document tomorrow. Thank you.
