RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF THE PLAT OF THE
GLADES, UNIT ONE. THE GLADES INC., PETITIONER.
WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida
pursuant to Petitioner'a request and under the authority of Florida
Statues 177.101 have this day held d public henring to consider vacating
the portion of the plat more fully described below; and
WHEREAS notice of said public hearing was given as required by low;
and
WHEREAS the granting of the requested vacation will not adversely
affect the ownership or right of convenient access of other property
owners; and
WHEREAS the Petitioner has provided a ten (10) foot drainage easement
as requested by the County Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following portion of the plat
be and are hereby vacated:
That section of Teryl Road west of the West Right-of-
Way line of Palm Drive along with; the five foot
drainage easement along the Southwest property line
of Lot 2. Block Dj and the five foot drainage easement
along the Northeast property line of Lot 3, Block Dj
and five foot drainage easement along the south line of
Lot 4. Block D; and five foot drainage easement along
the north line of Lot 5, Block D; and the lot line common
to Lots 2 and 3, Block D; and the lot line common to
Lots 3 and 4, Block D, all in The Glades Unit One as
recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 82 and 83. of the Public
Records of Collier County. Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the Clerk is hereby directed to record
this Resolution, to record the Ten (10) foot Drainage Easement, and to make
correction of the aforesaid plat in the Public Records of Collier County,
Florida.
