RESOLUTION NO. 2008-174
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO APPOINT MEMBERS TO THE
ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 06-63 provides for the appointment of
nine (9) regular members and two (2) alternate members to the Environmental
Advisory Council; and
WHEREAS, there are currently vacancies on this Council; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that:
1. Darrin S. Brooks is hereby appointed as a Non-Technical member to the
Environmental Advisory Council to fulfill the remainder of a vacant term, said term to
expire on April 13, 2012.
2. Noah Standridge is hereby appointed as an Alternate-Technical member to the
Environmental Advisory Council to fulfill the remainder of a vacant term, said term to
expire on April 13, 2011.
3. Quin L. Kurth, is hereby appointed as an Alternate-Technical member to the
Environmental Advisory Council to fulfill the remainder of a vacant term, said term to
expire on April 13, 2012.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
