address the lac~ of adeCjLlatc and affordable housing for moderate,

WHEREAS, Collier COllnty has received funding purSllant to the
Section 470.<]07 .QJ;.~_$q_g., Florida Statutes and Chapter 91-37,
Florida AdDinistrative Code; and

93-)9, the County 1'-" nllthorized to use fundinq from the State
Housing Initiatives PClrtnership [SHIP] Program for waivers of
Collier County impact fees; and

waiver of iDpact fees; anci
h~HEREAS, Immokalee Non-Profit Housing, Inc. Hill construct
one (1) three-bedroom unit (the "0'1'/811ing Unit") on Lot 19, Eden
Park 1st /\ddition Subdivision, Immoka1ee 'dhich is proposed to
sell for Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00); and
