State HOlJsing Initiatives Partnership Program set forth In

Florida Ad~inistrative Code; and
v.1HEREAS, In accordance 'dith Collier County Ordinance No.
9:3-19, the County lS ollthorizcd to use fundine; f:com the State
Housing Initiatives Part.nership [SHIP] proqra[;'; for waivers of
Collier County iDpact fe~s; and
\'-lHEREP.S, ImDo}:alec Uon-Profit Housinq, Inc. 1S seeking a
waiver of impact fees; and
h'HERE;\S, Ir;lr.lo,~:alee iron-Profit Housi;:q, Inc. 'w'ill construct
one (1) three-bedroom urllt (the "D'welling Unit") on Lot 5, Eden
Park 1st Addition Subdivision, lmmokalce "..ihich 1S proposed to
sell for forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00); and
