RESOLUTION NO. 97-267
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CLIFFORD WESLEY FLEGAL, JR.
TO THE COLLIER COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD NORTH
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92~80, as amended by Ordinance No. 96~78.
provides that the Collier County Code Enforcement Boards shall consist of seven members and
two alternate members; and
WHEREAS. there is currently a vacancy on the Code Enforcement Board North; and
\VlIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided puhlic notice
soliciting applicatiuns from interested partics;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Clifford Wesley Flegal, Jr.. is
hereby appointed as an Alternate to the Collier County Code Enforcement Board North for the
remainder of the vacant term, said lerm to expire on February 14,2000.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
