Resolution 1997-259 1 6A 2 RESOLUTION NO. 97- 259 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE ROADWAY. DRAINAGE. WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS IN WALDEN SHORES. RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE SECURITY. AND ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY. DRAINAGE. WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. \VHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on October 17, \ 995 arpf(l\'~d the plat of Walden Shores; and \Y1IEREAS. the developer ha.~ constructed and maintained the roadway, drainage, water ami sewer imprcvcm~nts in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required by the Land DevelopnlCllt Code (CQllier County On.!inancc No. 91.\02. as amended); and the Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 97-17), and WHEREAS, the developer has now rcqUt~stcd final accq>lancc of the loadway. drainage. water and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance Sei:urily: .:md WHEREAS. the Compliance Scrvices Section of the Dcvelopment Services Department ha." insrcct~d the roadway, drainage, water and St;......cr imprC'\'cmcnts and is recommending acceptance of said faciiitics. NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that final acceptance be granted for those roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements in Walden Shores, and authorize the Clerk to release ti'-: mailltenanCe security. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the County accept thc future maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements that are not required to be maintained by the homeowners association.
