RESOLUTION AUTIlORIZING FINAL ,\CCEPTANCE OF
TIlOSE ROADWAY. DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN FREEDOM SQUARE. RELEASE or
TilE MAINTENM:CE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING TIlE
MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITY FOR TIlE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS THAT ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY TilE IIOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.
WHEREAS. the iloard of County Commissioners ofCotlicr County, Florida, on
November 16, 199) approved the pIal of Freedom Square for rccorJing~ <\nd
WHEREAS. the developer has constructed and maintained the roadway. drainage, waler
and sewer improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required
by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91.102. as amended); and the
Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No. 97-17)!and
WHEREAS, the developer has now rCClucslCd final acceptance orthe roadway, drainage,
water and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Development Services Department
has inspected the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements and is recommending
acceptance of SJid facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that final acceptance be granted for
those roadway, drainage, water and se\ver improvements in Freedom Square, and authorize the
Clerk to releJse the maintenance security
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED Ihallhe Counly accept Ihe rUlure
maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadv\"ay, drainage, water and sewer improvements
that are not reCJuired to be maintained by the homeowners association
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same
