RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
THOSE ROADWAY, DR,\INAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN WILLOUGHBY PINES, RELEASE
OF THE MAINTENAC:CE SECURITY, AND ACCEPTING
THE MAINTENANCE RESPO:o<SIOILlTY FOR THE
ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, \VATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS THA T ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BE
MAINTAINED BY TilE 110~1EOWNERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Goard of County Commissioners ofCol1\cr County, Florida. on January
2, 1990 approved the plat of Willoughby Pines for rccording~ and
WIIEREAS, the developer has constructed and nuil11aincd the roadway, drainage. water
and sewer improvement::; in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required
by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91.102, as amended); and the
Utiiities Standards and Procedures Ordin:-ltlcc (Collier County Ordinance No. 97-17),and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested Iinal acCCrlancc of lhe roadway, drainage,
waler and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security; and
\VHEREAS, thc Compliancc Scrvices Section of the Development Services Department
has inspected the roadway, dr<linagc, \vatcr tlnd SC\vcr improvements and is recommending
acceptancc of said facilities
NOW, THEREFORE,IlE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMivllSSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be granted for
those roadway, drainage, water and scwer improvements in Willoughby Pines, and authoril.e the
Clerk to release the maintenancc security
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Coullty 'cccpt the futurc
maintenancc and other attendant costs for thc roadway. drain3ge, water and sewer improvements
that afe not rCCJuired to be maintained by the homeO\\"ners association
This Resolution adopted ancr motion, second and majority vote favoring same.
