RESOLUTION AUTIIORIZI"G FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
TIIOSE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN LEXINGTON AT LONE OAK, UNIT
TWO, RELEASE OF TilE MAINTENANCE SECURITY,
AND ACCEPTING TilE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR TilE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE,
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVE~lENTS TIIAT ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO GE MAINTAINED GY TilE

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County. Florida, on October
17,1995 approved the pial of Lexington at Lone Oak, Unit Two for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructcd and maintained [he roadway, drainage, water
and sewer impro.....ements in accord:>.ncc with the approved plans and specifications and as required
by the Land Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102. as amended); and thl:
Ulilitic<; Standards and Procedure'S Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No 97.17), and
WHEREAS, the developer has now rCC]\Jcslcd final acceptance of tile road Wily. drainage,
water and sewer improvements and release of his maintenance security~ and
WH[REAS, the Compliance Services Section ofllle Development Services Department
has inspected the roadway. drainage, '.Vil.tcr and sewer improvements and is recommending
acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED GY TIlE GOARD or COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that linal acceptance be granted for
those roadway, drain:lge, water and sewer impro\"Clllents in Lexington at Lone Oak, Unit Two.
and authorize the Clerk to relcilse the milinrenilnce security
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED thallhe County acceptlhe future
maintenance and other allendant costs for the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements
that arc nOI required to be maintained by the homeowners association.
This Resolution adopted aner Illotion, second and m.1jority vote favoring same.
