A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA, PURSUAHT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4
OF THE COLLIJ:::R COUNTY LM~D
DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING OROINi\l~CE
92-7 KNOWN AS R. RODERTS ESTATES
PUD, EXTENDING THE CUHRl::NT PUD
APPROVAL TO MAY S, 1999; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the R. Roberts EstCltes PUD, Ordinance 92-7 adopted
on January 21, 1992, is subject to tile provi~ions of section
2.7.3.4., of the Land Development Code (LDC), Time Limits for
Approved PUD zoning Districts together with their respective
Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the PUD was adopted consistent with and under the
provisions of the Collier Count.y Gt"o.,..,th Man.3.gement Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of C'ounty Commissioners has l.-eviewed the
pun and has determined to extend the current PUD Zoning for two
years, until May 6, 1999; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of zoning
Appeals of Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals arc adopted herein by reference
as if fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of
compliance with the r8view requirE'ments of section
2.7.3.4 of the LDC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the current
PUD approval is hereuy extended to May 6, 1999; at
the end of which time the owner shall submit to
the procedures in LDC section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ~his R~~olution be recorded in
the minutes of this Board and in the ri'cords of the Petition for
which the extension is granted.
