RESOLUTION NO. 96..591
A RESOLlITION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE COLLIER COUNTY
DEVELOPMENT SERVICES ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 93-76, as amended, creating the Collier County Development
Services Advisory Committee, provides that the Committee shall consist of fifteen (15) members
that are residents of Collier County and include representatives from such groups as architects,
general contractors, residential or bui Ider contractors, environmentalists, land planners, land
developers, landscape architects, professional engineers, utility contractors, plumbing
contractors, electrical contractors, structural engineers, and attorneys; and
WHEREAS, there are currently five (5) vacancies on this Committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties; and
WHEREAS, the Development Services Advisory Committee has provided the Board of
County Cornmi3sioncrs with their recommendations for appointment and reappointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, B" IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIOJ\ERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, fLORIDA, that:
I. C. Perry Pceples, rcpresenting the category of attorney, is hereby appointed to the Collier
County Development Services Advisory Committee for a four (4) year teml, said term to expire
on December 1,\, 2000.
2. Thomas R. Peek, rcprt:senting the category of professional engineer, is hereby reappointo;::u
to the Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee for a four (4) year teffi1, said
term to expire on Dccernb~r 14,2000.
3. Robert L. Duane, representing the category of land planner, is hereby reappointed to the
Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term to
expire on December 14, 2000.
4. Dalas D. Disney, representing the category of architect, is hereby reappointed to the
Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee for a four (4) year term, said term to
expire on Dcee;nber 14, 2000.

5. Stevl:n W. Verga, representing the category of residential contractor, is hereby
reappointed to the Collier County Development Services Advisory Committee for a four (4) year
tern1, said term to expire on December 14, 2000.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
