RESOLUTION 97- 588
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COKKISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PURSU},~ TO SEC7ION 2.7.3.4 OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING
ORDINhNCE 89-70 ALSO Y~OWN AS CASA DEL SOL
PUD, EXTENDING THE CUP.RENT PUD APPROVAL TO
DECEMBER 17, 1998; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Casa Del Sol PUD, Ordinance 89-70 adopted on Octot~r
24, 1989, is subject to the provisions of section 2.7.3.4., of the land
Development Code (LDC) , Time Limits for Approved PUD Zoning Districts
together with their respective Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the PUD W&S adopted consistent with and under the
provisions of the Collier County Growth Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the PUD
and has determined to extend the current PUD Zoning for two years,
until December 17, 1998; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning Appeals of
Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted herein by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of compliance
with the review requirements of section 2.7.3.4 of the
LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the current pue
approval is hereby extended to December 17, 1998; at the
end of which time the owner shall submit to the
procedures in LDC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of this Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
