RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
THOSE ROADWAY DRAINAGE, WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS IN CRYSTAL LAKE RV RESORT,
PHASE FOUR, RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE
SECURITY, Mm ACCEPTING THE MAINTENANCE
RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROADWAY, DRAINAGE,
WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEME/'iTS TIIAT ARE NOT
REQUIRED TO BE MAINTAINED BY THE
HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, on February
1,1994, approved the plat of Crystal Lake RV Resort, Phase Four for recording, and
WHEREAS, the developer has constnJCtcd and maintained the roadway, drainage, water
and sewer improvements in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and as required
by the Lan" Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No 91-102, as amended), and the
Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County Ordinance No R8-76, as amended),
and
WHEREAS, the developer has now requested ~nal acceptance of the roadway, drainage,
water and s.ewer improvements and release of his maintenance security, and
WHEREAS, the Compliance Services Section of the Development Services Department
has inspected the roadWay, drainage, water and sewer improvements and is recommending
acceptance of said facilities
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, thai ~nal acceptance be granted for
those roadway, drainage, water and scwer improvcmcllts in Crystal Lake R V Resor1, Phase Four,
and authorize the Clerk to release the maintenance security
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED thai the Counly accept the future
maintenance and other attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, water and sewer improvements
th~t are not required to be maintained by the homeowners associi1tion
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote favoring same.
