RESOLUTION NO. 96-572
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
MEMBERS TO THE GOLDEN GATE COMMUNITY
CENTER ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 75-4 created the Golden Gate Municipal Services
Special Taxing District and provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall appoint a
committee of three to five electors residing within the district to serve on the Committee; and
WHEREAS, the terms of two members will expi", creating vacancies on the committee; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties to fill the vacant terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that:
I. Cheryle L. Newman is hereby appointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee for a two year term, said term to expire on December 31, 1998.
2. Vicki A. Clavelo is hereby noappointed to the Golden Gate Community Center Advisory
Committee for a two year term. said term to expi", on December 31, 1998.
This Resolution adopted after motion, second and majority vote.
