RESOLUTION NO. 96-570
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JACK WILLIAMS, JR.
TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-65 created the Affordable Housing
Commission and providea that the County Conunission shall appoint five (5) mernbcB to the
Affordable Housing Commiaion and the City of Nap!ea shall appoint four (4) mernbcB to the
Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this commission; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested partiea;
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIIE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that Jack Williams, Jr., is hereby
appointed to the Affordallie Housing for a three (3) year term, said term to expire on October I,
