RESOLUTION 96-~8
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4 OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING
ORDINANCE 90-26 ALSO KNOWN AS LAWMETKA PUO,
EXTENDING THE CURRENT PUO APPROVAL TO
NOVEMBER 19, 1998; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Lawmetka PUO, Ordinance 90-26 adopted on Karch 27,
1990, is SUbject to the provisions of Section 2.7.3.4., of the Land
Deve10paent Code (LOC), Time Limits for Approved PUO Zoninq Districts
toqether with their respective Kaster Plans; and
WHEREAS, the PUO was adopted consistent with and under the
provisions of the Collier Conty Growth Kanaqement Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board ot County Commissioners has reviewed the PUO
and has determined to extend the current PUO Zoninq for two years,
until November 19, 1998; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoninq Appeals of
COllier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted herein by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of compliance
with the review requirements of Section 2.7.3.4 of the
LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the current PUO
approval is hereby extended to Novemer 19, 1998; at the
end of which time the owner shall submit to the
procedures in LOC Section 2.7.3.4.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of this Board and in the records of the Petition tor which the
extension is qranted.
