WHBRIlAB, the Director of the Collier County Parke and Recreation
Department has recommended to the Board that the following changes
be made to the Collier County Parks and Recreation Facilities and
OUtdoor Areas License and Fee Policy as that Policy was adopted by
the Board on August 13. 1996, by adoption of Resolution No. 96-364.
The Policy was subsequently amended by Resolution No. 96-467; and
WHBRIlAB, The Board accepts the recommendation of the Director.

The Collier County Parks and Recreation Facilities and OUtdoor
Areas License and Fee Policy is amended only as follows:
In SECTION II. LIMITATIONS, page 1, of the Policy:
AQD: Rates and charges can be temporarily modified on a case by
case basis if approved by the Director of Parks and
Recreation for special promotional sales and advertisements.
