RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNT;' COMMISSIONERS OF
COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE ~OVERNING BODY OF
COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO 1~E GOVERNING BOARD
OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, TO EXTEND
THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DIS1~ICT BOUNDARIES TO
INCORPORATE OLDE FLORIDA GOLF COURS~
WHEREAS, it is hereby ascertained, determined, declared and
found that the Board of County Commissioners, acting pursuant to
specicic provisions in Chapter 88-499, laws of Florida, may
provide for the expansion of the boundaries of the Water-Sewer
District by resolution; and,
WHEREAS, Section 125.01 (1) (k) 1, Florida Statutes,
provides for the legislature and governing body of the county
government to have the powers and duties to provide water and
wastewater service; and,
WHEREAS, it is recommended by County staff that it is in
the best interest of Collier County and the Collier County
Water-Sewer District to provide water service to the Olde Florida
Golf Course located in section 31, Township 48S, rang~ 27E; and,
WHEREAS, the design and construction of said utility
improvements have been constructed in accordance with standards
and procedures within utility ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY
OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE
COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, that it has been determi..ed
by the Board to extend the Collier County Water-Sewer District
service boundaries to incorporate the Olde Florida Golf Course,
which is further described as and located at:

Water-Sewer District recognizes that this addition to it's
service area does not infringe on boundaries as applied to the
City of Naples, Everglades City, Immokalee Water-Sewer District,
Marco Water and Sewer District, Goodland Water District, Golden
Gate area and other unincorporated areas.
AND IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Collier County
Water-Sewer ~istrict will provide water service to the aIde
Florida Golf Course.
