RESOLUTION 96-~15
A RESOLUTION BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
PURSUANT TO SECTION 2.7.3.4 OF THE COLLIER
COUNTY LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AFFECTING
ORDINANCE 90-45 ALSO KNOWN AS BRENTWOOD
PUO, REQUIRING THE SUBMITTAL OR A PUD
AMENDMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Brentwood PUD, Ordinance 90-36, adopted on May 21,
1990, is subject to the provisions of Section 2.7.3.4., of the Land
Development Code (LOC), Time Limits for Approved PUD Zoning Districts
together with their respective Master Plans; and
WHEREAS, the PUO was adopted consistent with and under the
provisions of the Collier County Growth Management Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the PUO
and has determined to extend the current PUD for two years, until
November 19, 1998; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Zoning Appeals of
,
Collier County, Florida that:
1. The above recitals are adopted herein by reference as if
fully set forth herein.
2. This Resolution shall constitute evidence of compliance
with the review requirements of Section 2.7.3.4 of the
LOC.
3. Pursuant to said section of the LDC, the property owner
or agent shall submit an amended PUD to the Planning
Services Director prior to May 19, 1997 in order to
cause said PUD to become consistent with the Collier
County GMP.
This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
minutes of this Board and in the records of the Petition for which the
extension is granted.
