RESOLUTION NO. 96-~
RESOLUTION REQUESTING A STREET NAME FOR
AN UNNAMED INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT TO
"COLLIER WAY EAST", WHICH STREET IS
LOCATED BETWEEN NORTH HORSESHOE DRIVE AND
SOUTH HORSESHOE DRIVE, FURTHER DESCRIBED
AS PART OF LOTS 5 AND 23, EAST NAPLES
INDUSTRIAL PARK, IN SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP
49 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is authorized pursuant
to authority of Chapter 336.05, Florida Statutes, to name or rename
streets and roads, except for certain state roads; and

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been requested to

confirm the naming of a previously unnamed ingress and egress easement
I
to Collier Way East. This street is located in Section 35, Township 49
South, Range 25 East, Collier County, Florida, East Naples Industrial
Park, according to 'the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages
114 and 115, of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida;
WHEREAS, there appears to be no street in Collier County with this
name or any similar sounding name; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for identification purposes to confirm
the name of this street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The name of the previously unnamed ingress and egress easement is
hereby confirmed as Collier Way East.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and noted upon the maps of
the street and zoning atlases of Collier County, and notations made on
the referenced Plat.
