RESOLUTION NO. 96- 491
EST~BLISHING ~ FEE STRUCTURE~AN~YTIC~
SERVICES FOR PUBLIC CONCERNED WITH W~TER QU~ITY
WBERE~S, the Board of County commissioners on June 20, 1996
directed Staff to provide analytical services for a fee to the public
to determine the quality of drinking water, wastewater, swimming pool,
and ground/surface waters, and
WBERE~S, the same services shall be available to non-profit
organizations and government agencies, hereafter, be available to the
general public, at a fee; and
WBERE~S, the Board of County Commissioners hereby establishes
a fee schedule for analytical services to be adopted and amended as
needed; and
WHEREAS, these services will be provided at the request and
discretion of the public.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BO~D OF COUNTY
COKMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORID~, that:
SECTION 1
FEES EST~BLISHED
The fees listed in EXHIBIT I and II of this resolution are
established for analytical services to be provided by the Pollution
Control Department Laboratories.
SECTION 2
EFFECTIVE D~TE
Tbis resolution shall become effective on the date it is
approved by the Board of county commissioners.
This Resolution adopted by the Board ~ounty commissioners
of Collier County, Florida, this S Day of '-- ,r>~ 1996,
after motion, second and majority vote.
