RESOLUTION NO. 96 -448
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE
WATER MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENTS IN PELICAN MARSH GOLF
COURSE, PHASE ONE, AND RELEASE OF THE MAINTENANCE
SECURITY.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County,
Florida, on June 14, 1994 approv~d the plat of Pelican Marsh Golf
Course, Phase One for recording; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed and maintained the
water management improvements in accordance with the approved plans
and specifications and as required by the Land Development Code
(Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended); and the
Utilities Standards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier County
Ordinance No. 88-76, as amended), and
h~EREAS, the developer has now requested final acceptance of
the water management improvements and release of his maintenance
security; and
WHEREAS, the Cornplia~ce SErvices Section of Development
Services Department r~s :nspected the water management improvements
and is recommending acceptance of said facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that final acceptance be
granted for those water management improvements in Pelican Marsh
Golf Course, Phase One, and authorize the Clerk to release the
maintenance security.

favoring same.
