DRIVE TO "STONEGATE DRIVE", WHICH STREET
IS LCCATED IN STONEGATE SUBDIVISION,
LOCATED IN S:LEEPY HOLI,OW PUD AND IN
SECTION 2, TQWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 25
EAST, COLLI En COUNTY, FLCRIDA.
WHEREAS, the Board of County commissioners is authorized pursuant
to authority of Chapter 336.C5, Florida st~~utes, to name or rename
streets and roads, except fer certain state roads; and
mIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has been requested to
confirm the renaming of part of Wellington Drive to stonegate Drive.
This street is located in Se=tion 2, Township 49 South, Range 25 East,
Collier County, Florida, Sto:1egate SUbdivision, Sleepy Hollow PUD,
acc:ording to the plat thereo:f, recorded in Plat Book 15, Pages 37-38,
of the Official Records of Collier County, Florida;
WHEREAS, there appears 1:0 be no street in Collier County with this
pame or any :dmilar sounding f. (e; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for identification purposes to confirm
the name of this street,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA:
The name of this street is hereby changed from Wellington Drive to
and confirmed as stonegate Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution be recorded in the
Public Records o~ Collier County, Florida, and noted upon the maps of
the street and zoning atlases of Collier County, and Dotations made on
the referenced Plat.
