Resolution 1996-442 SEP 2 ~ 1996 RESOLUTION NO. 96-442 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPI'OINTING ME~IBERS TO TilE ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY BOARD. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9:!-102, as amended, the Collier County Land Development Code, established the Environmenlal Advisory Board, and provides that the Advisory Board shall consist of seven (7) members; and WHEREAS, there is currently one (I) vacancy and the terms of two (2) members shan expire, creating three vacancies on this Board; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice sliciting applications from interested parties; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS dF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: I. Mark Lamoureux is hereby i1ppointed to the Environmental Advisol)' Board to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term, said term expiring September 30, 1998. 2. Paul Frederick Hinschcliffis hereby reappointed to the Environmental Advisory Board for a four (4) year term, said term expirng September 30, 2000. 3. Michael Saadeh is hereby rc,-ppointed to the Environmental Advisory Board for a four (4) year term, s<Jid tenn expiring Septenber 30,2000.
