RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF CROWN POINTE
VILLAS A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF A PREVIOUSLY RECORDED
PLAT KNOWN AS WEST CROWN POINTE, PHASE ONE, AND
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF TRACTS J-1, J-2, J-J AND J-4
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF WEST CROWN POINTE, PHASE ONE,
PETITION AV-96-018

WHEREAS, Elias Brothers, Inc., have acquired Tracts J-1, J-2~~ ~

WHEREAS, except as provided for in this Resolution, thii S ~
replat does not extinguish or in anyway affect the dedications ~ ~
contained in the previous plat of these lands; and ~

replat of said lands; and
WHEREAS, Elias Brothers Builders, Inc. desire to vacate gC

Tracts J-1 J J-2 I J-) and J-4 of West Crown pointe, Phase One as E:;::

described in Exhibit "A"; and

WHEREAS, the granting of the vacation will not adversely; ~
affect the ownership or right of convenient access of other property
owners; and
WHEREAS, as required by section 177.101, Florida Statutes,
notice of the proposed vacation was published in a local newspaper
of general circulation in not less than two weQkly issues, and all
of the other requirements set forth in section 177.101 Florida
statutes, have been met; and
WHEREAS, this parcel, the approved plat of Crown pointe
Villas, is a part of a previously approved and recorded plat, West
Crown pointe, Phase One, and the filing and recording of this
approved plat shall not affect access to lots previously conveyed
under the West Crown Pointe, Phase One plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
~OUNTY COHMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat of
Crown pointe Villas, a part of a previously approved and recorded
plat, West Crown Pointe, Phase One, is hereby approved for recording

and the dedications contained on the plat of Crown pointe Villas are
hereby accepted, and those lands described in Exhibit "A" are hereby
vacated. said vacation shall ~ecome valid and effective upon
recordation of the subject replat.
BE IT FURTHEH RESOLVED AND ORDERED that the Clerk of the
cireui t Court shall make proper notation of this action upon the
previous plat and record a certified copy of this replat and a
certified copy of the vacation resolution in the official Records of
Collier County.
This Res'olution adopted after motion, second and majority
vote favoring same.
