A RESOLUTION APPOINTING EVERGLADES
CITY COUNCILMAN LARRY HARMON TO
TIlE TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 92-18 created the Tourist Development Council
and provides that the Council shall be composed of nine (9) members pursuant to Section
125.0104(4)(e), Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, due to the inability of an Everglades City municipal officer to attend meetings, a
vacancy is declared on the Council for a municipal officer; and
WHEREAS, a letter was received from Sammy Hamilton, Jr., Mayor of the City of
Everglades, requesting that the appointment of Councilman Larry Harmon to fulfill the vacant
NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. that Councilman Larry Harmon Is
hereby appointed to the Tourist Development Council to fulfill the remainder of the vacant term,
said term expiring April 21, 2000.
