WHEREAS. Section 12'1.fn, Florida Stalules, sets fonh Ihe procedure for preparation and
adoption of the budget; and
WHEREAS. the Iloard of ('ounly Commissioners h.. recei\'ed and examined Ihe
lenlati\'e hudgets for each of the County's funds; and
WHEREAS. the Board of Counly Commissioners has prepared a statemenl summarizing
all of the adopted lentative hudgcls ,\>'hich includes for each budgel. the name of each taxing
authorllY k\"YH1g millage. lilt.' rolled-hack ratc, the pcrccnta~c increase. the millage rate to he
le\';ed. the halances. Ihe reseT\es and the lolal of each major c1a-'Slfication of receipts and
