WHEREAS. Seetion 200,01">5. Florida Statutes. provides Ihe procedure for fixing Ihe
millage rates; and
WHEREAS. Section 12<J.lJ3. Florida Slatules. sets forth the procL-dure for preparation and
adoPlion of Ihe hudgct: and
WHEREAS. Ihe Bnard of County Commissioners h.. reeeived and examined Ihe
Icnlali..c l1udgcls for each of Ihe Councy's funds; and
WHEREAS. on July 28. 11)<)8.lhe Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution
:"0, 'JS.2I>O. appro,'ing Ihe Counly's proposed millage rates and ICIting the public hearings for
adoption of the tentati,'e and final millage rates; and
WHERE,\S. pursuant 10 Seclion 200.065. Florida Slalutes. an advertised public hearing
was held on Scplcml\cr 'J. I ')<)8. to adopt the tentati,'e millage rates.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
