A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

TilE I,BATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN I,CCORDANCE
"ITH ORDINANCE 91-41.
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costa of
abatem~nt of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculat~d and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, nuch aS5ess~ent shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon th~ property against which mQde until paid; and
W.~EREhS. ttl~ assessment shall become due and .,ayable thirty (30)
days a~ter the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0\) per annUln on any
unpaid portion thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the property described
as follows, and having been abated of a public nuisance after due and
proper notice thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed

The Clerk of the Board shall mail a notice of 3ssesBme~t of lien
to the owner or owners of the above described property, and if such
owner fails to pay such assessment within thirty (30) days nereof, a
certified copy of this Resolution shall be recorded in the official
records of Collier County, to constitute a lien agalnst such property
according to law, unless such direction is stayed by this Board upon
appeal of the assessment of the owner.
