RESOLUTION NO. 9B-457
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS. as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct coats of
abatement of c~rtail1 nui~ances, illcluding prescribed administrative
cost incurr~8 hy lh~ County. shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, the cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County Commissioners, together
with a description of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, ~~ch aSS~5sment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against which made until paid; and
WHEREAS. the assessm~nt shall become due and ~lyable thirty (30)
days af~er the mailing of Notice of AgSeS5m~nt after which interest
shall accru~ at a rate of twelve percent 112.0\) pe~ annum on any
