RESOLUTION 110, 98 -, "
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUlITY CO/1MISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN. FOR THE COST OF
THE ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC mJISANCE. IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDINANCE 91-47,
WHEREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91.47, th~ direct costs of
abat~ment 0: c~rtain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, che cost thereof to the County as to ~ach parcel shall be
calculated and reported to the Board of County COI:lmissioners, together
with a descripcion of said parcel; and
WHEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal, valid and binding
obligation upon the property against which made urltil paid; and
WHEREAS, ~he assessm~nt shall become due and payable thirty (30)
days af~er the mailing of Notice of Assessment after which interest
shall accrue at a rate of twelve percent (12.0\) per annum on any
unpaid portion thereof,

COMMISSIONERS OF' COLLIER COtJNTY, FLORIDA, that th~ property described
