A RESOLUT1C:-; OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY '=OM!/lISSIONERS
;)?OVIDING FOR l\SSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR 7'HE COST OF
7Y.E ABATEMENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE, IN ACCORD~~CE
>lITH ORDIllANCE 91-47.
WHEREAS, as pro'lid~d in Ordinance 91-47, the dir~ct costs of
abatement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost incurred by th~ County, shall be assessed against ouch property;
and
WHEREAS. the ~os~ th~reof to t~e Coun~y as to each parcel shall be
calc~lated and repo~t~d to ~h~ Board of County Com~issioners, together
with a description 0: said parc~l; ~nd
W!iEREAS, such assessment shall be a legal. vaLid and bindIng

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 8Y THE BOARD OF COUNTY

proper r.otic~ thereof to the owner of said property, is hereby assessed
