RESOLUTION NO. 98- A'7
A RESOLUTION Of THE BOARD OF COtmTY COMMISSIONERS
PROVIDING FOR ASSESSMENT OF LIEN, FOR THE COST OF
TM~ A2ATEMSNT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE. IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ORDiNfu~CE 91-47.
W~EREAS, as provided in Ordinance 91-47, the direct costs of
aba~ement of certain nuisances, including prescribed administrative
cost inc\Jr::~d by the County, shall be assessed against such property;
and
WHEREAS, th~ cost thereof to the County as to each parcel shall be
calc".Jlate-:! and repor~ed to the Board of County Corr.;nissioners, together
with ~ desc~iption ot said parcel; and
