RESOLUTION NO. 98-427
RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING DA VlD CORREA
TO THE IIISPANIC AFFAIRS ADVISORY BOARD.
WHEREAS. Collier County Ordinance No. 9\-37. creating the Hispanic Affairs Advisory
Board. provided that the Advisory Board shall consist of seven (7) members; and
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No. 91-78 amended Ordinance No. 91-37 by
providing that the Advisory Board shall consist of nine (9) members; and
WHEREAS, there is currently a vacancy on this Board; and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applications from interested parties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that David Correa is hereby
reappointed to the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board for a four year term, said term to expire on
June 25, 2002.
This Resolution adopted after motinn, second and majority vole.
