and SC\\-'cr improvements in accordaJlce with the appro....ed plans and specifications and as
required by the L:md Development Code (Collier County Ordinance No. 91-102, as amended);
and the Utilities St:mdards and Procedures Ordinance (Collier Counly Ordinance No. 97.17), and

NOIV. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLiER COUNTY. FLORIDA. th't fln,l ,ccept,nce be granted for
those roud\vay, drainage, water Jnd sewer improvements in Silver Lakes Phase Two~C, and
authorize the Clerk 10 release the maintenance seeurily.
IlE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED th't the County accept the future
maintenance and olher attendant costs for the roadway, drainage, \vater and se\ver improvements
th~t are not required to be maintained by the homeowners :.lssociation.
This Resolution adopted aner motion, second and lll;1jority vote favoring same.
