RESOLUTION NO. 98-475
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND REAPPOINTING
I\lEI\lB~RS TO THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMISSION,
WHEREAS. Collier Counly Ordinance No. 91-65 created the Affordable Housing
Commission and provides lhat the County Commission shall appoint five (5) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission and the City of Naples shall appoint four (4) members to the
Affordable Housing Commission; and
WHEREAS. the lernlS of Iwo (2) members e'pired creating vacancies on this commission;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners previously provided public notice
soliciting applicalions from interested panics.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, Ihal:
I. Mark L. Lindner is hereby reappointed to the Affordable Housing for a three (3) year
term, said lerm 10 expire on October 1,2001.
2. Chrisline E. Chesser is hereby appointed to the AITordable Housing for a three (3) year
lerm, said lerm to expire on Oelober I, 20C)).
This Resolulion adopled aller motion, second and majority vote.
