RESOLUTION NO. 98-473
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING RHONDA E.
SAUNDERS TO THE TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, Collier County Ordinance No, 92-18 created lhe Tourist Development Council
and provides that the Council shall be composed or nine (9) membeB pursuant to Section
125,0104(4)(e), Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS. Ihere is currently a vacancy on this board for lhe category or non-ownerl
operalor; and
WHEREAS. lhe Board or County Commissioners previously provided public noliee
soliciting applications from interested parties,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY. FLORIDA. that Rhonda E. SaundCB.
representing the category or non-owner/operator, is hereby appointed to the Tourist Development
Council 10 fulfill the remainder of lhe vaeanttenn, said tenn expiring April 21. 2000.
