RESOLUTION NO. 92- 257 APRIL. 28, 111112 RESOLUTION NO. CWS-92- 7 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTIO~ AND THE TAX MAPS DESIGNATING THE "DISTRICT 4 - EAST AND SOUTH NAPLES SANITARY SEWER SYSTEH ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. " WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Collier County, Florida, as the Governing Body of Collier County, and as Ex-Officio the Governing Board of the Collier County Water-Sewer District, (the "Board"), adopted Resolution No. 88-234/CWS-88-24 on September 27, 1988 confirming the creation of District 4 - East and South Naples Sanitary Sewer system Assessment District and ordering the construction of the assessable improvements within the District, and WHEREAS, the Board adopted Resolution No. 91-825/CWS-91-10 on December 17, 1991, setting forth the Board's intent to use the uniform method of collecting non-ad valorem assessments provided for in Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, for District 4 - East and South Naples sanitary Sewer system Assessment District special assessments; and WHEREAS, Section 197.3632, Florida Statutes, provides that a legal description of the property within the special assessment district is to be provided to the Property Appraiser. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS THE GOVERNING BODY OF COLLIER COUNTY AND AS EX-OFFICIO THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE COLLIER COUNTY WATER-SEWER DISTRICT, that: 1) The legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein is hereby approved as the legal description for District 4 - East and South Naples sanitary Sewer System Assessment District. 2) The tax maps attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated herein are hereby approved to depict the area included within District 4 - East and south Naples sanitary Sewer System Assessment District. .. 000 PAGE 60 1 , , APRIL 28, 1992 3) The Clerk is hereby directed to provide the Collier County Property Appraiser and the Collier County Tax Collector with a certified copy of this Resolution.
